Once council approval is secured: A 70% payment is required to initiate material orders. We coordinate with certified builders to prepare for construction.

The home is built off-site for efficiency. A final 20% payment is due before installation. Your home is delivered and connected to water, electricity, and plumbing. We assist in obtaining the Code Compliance Certificate (CCC).

Before building your HomeHaas, ensure your land meets key requirements: Confirm the size and setback regulations to fit your chosen HaasPod model. Check local zoning rules and building restrictions. For off-grid setups, verify solar, water, and waste solutions compatibility. If you need assistance, we can provide general guidance on land selection.

Personalize your HaasPod with: Exterior & interior color palettes inspired by Aotearoa. Optional upgrades – Skylights, fireplaces, off-grid solar setups, and more. Smart material choices for durability and sustainability.

Once you finalize your selection, we: Discuss your site conditions and project scope. Provide a detailed quote for your review. Require a 10% deposit to reserve your build slot. Our partner Homewerk handles consent documentation submission.
