• For off-grid setups, verify solar, water, and waste solutions compatibility.

Choose from our modular designs:

• HaasPod 25 – Compact loft studio

• HaasPod 35 – One-bedroom + living space

• HaasPod 60 – Two-bedroom + living space (custom designs available)

Each home is designed for efficiency, functionality, and aesthetic harmony with nature.

Personalize your HaasPod with:

• Exterior & interior color palettes inspired by Aotearoa.

• Optional upgrades – Skylights, fireplaces, off-grid solar setups, and more.

• Smart material choices for durability and sustainability.

Once you finalize your selection, we:

• Discuss your site conditions and project scope.

• Provide a detailed quote for your review.

• Require a 10% deposit to reserve your build slot.

• Our partner Homewerk handles consent documentation submission.

Once council approval is secured:

• A 70% payment is required to initiate material orders.

• We coordinate with certified builders to prepare for construction.

• The home is built off-site for efficiency.

• A final 20% payment is due before installation.

• Your home is delivered and connected to water, electricity, and plumbing.

• We assist in obtaining the Code Compliance Certificate (CCC).
